Which future version will include the working multiplayer? (and when will be released?) 1.8.6 was good, but that 'segmentation violation' error causes problems oftenly.

other question: how can I disable the blood-disappears?

Beta7 is the release which will address the current multiplayer issues but there is no formal release date scheduled. It all comes down to how much free time we have for the project.

You can't prevent the blood particle effects from disappearing, all you can do is prolong the inevitable (by manually editing the effect definitions, see the wiki).
