WIN32 CD-DA / Redbook Audio Fixed


Some of you may have noticed that under Windows, recent Doomsday 1.9.0-betas suffered from broken CD-DA/Redbook audio playback. The problem has been found (a threading issue, due to the limits of the MCI interface) and fixed for the upcoming 1.9.0-beta6 release.
